Japan Builds Ice Wall to Block Radioactive Leaks

In an unprecedented move to stop the flow of radioactive water into the sea at Fukushima, the Japanese government plans to spend close to half-a-billion dollars building a 90-foot tall wall of ice in the earth around the reactors.
